Running MOB.

The MOB has all the variety and inclusiveness of a group boot camp, designed to improve speed and endurance, tone up and lose weight. A unique approach to running training offering the benefits of a personal running coach - like 1-2-1 guidance on form and technique - combined with the crucial MOBility exercises needed to stay healthy and injury-free.

The running class starts with a warm-up inside our studio and mobilising our hip flexors and firing up the glute muscles. Afterwards, the runners make their way to Shoreditch Park where they will run between 1-3km. In between, there will be resistance exercises like squats, lunges, push up and dips on the bench, in the end, there will be interval sprinting between the lamp posts. Running MOB is 45 minutes long in a small exclusive group of 12 people max.


What benefits should someone expect from this class?

By providing proper training, people will have better form to improve their running times and minimise the risk of injuries.

Tuesday - Running MOB at 7:00-7:45 | Vinyasa Yoga Flow at 20:00-21:00

Wednesday - Boxercise Bootcamp at 6:30-7:30 | Boxercise Bootcamp at 19:00-19:45

Thursday - Battle Rope, Kettlebell & TRX at 7:00-7:45

Friday - Battle Rope, TRX, and Kettlebell at 6:30-7:15

Saturday - HIIT Bootcamp at 9:30-10:30

Sunday - Vinyasa Yoga Flow at 10:30-11:30
