BOXercise Bootcamp

With gloves and mitts, get ready to feel the burn in this high-intensity boxercise class. This non-contact, fitness-based class will use boxing fundamentals such as punch and kick combinations, mitt/bag work, and high-intensity cardio intervals, as well as partner and technique work for a great, full-body workout. The person doesn't need to bring their own gloves but is more than welcome to bring their own gloves and hand wraps.

It will release aggression that might have gathered from personal life and/or from work. Boxing is a great way to do that, making someone feel calm because all the aggression is very channelled and controlled.

A typical Boxercise Bootcamp involves skipping, hitting pads (punching and kicking) with partners, bodyweight exercises, shuttle-runs, and core exercises. Boxercise is 45 minutes long in a small exclusive group of 12 people max. When striking, the biceps and triceps are tensing, flexing and extending against the impact of the mitts. The result? Strong, shapely arms.
