Combo classes integrate strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular workouts by using Battle Rope, Kettlebell & TRX. During the class, members move from one training station to the next. Equipment-based combination classes are popular, not only because they offer variety, but also because they deliver an effective, time-efficient workout.

Tuesday - Running MOB at 7:00am-7:45am | Vinyasa Yoga Flow at 8:00pm-8:45pm

Wednesday - Boxercise Bootcamp at 6:30am-7:30am | Boxercise Bootcamp at 7:00pm-7:45pm

Thursday - Battle Rope, Kettlebell & TRX at 7:00am-7:45am

Friday - Battle Rope, TRX, and Kettlebell at 6:30am-7:15am

Saturday - HIIT Bootcamp at 9:30am-10:30am

Sunday - Vinyasa Yoga Flow at 10.30am-11.30am
