Murat is a health and fitness expert with a background in martial arts - specialising in Tae-Kwon-Do. He completed his Sports Science degree in Turkey, where he developed his skill and understanding in physiotherapy, injury rehabilitation and prevention. Murat is currently developing himself further by studying Masters in Osteopathy with the British School of Osteopathy.
Murat found MG Fit in Fitness Training in London in 2003. Murat and his team, with the studio based in N1, delivers Personal Training, Boot Camp, Buggy Fit, Vinyasa Yoga, Sports Massage Therapy, and Fitness Holiday in Turkey. Murat Gecmen speaks both fluent Turkish and English.

Jonny became a qualified trainer in 2011, after completing his Sports Science degree at Kingston University. The study of Sports Science incorporates areas of Physiology (Exercise Physiology), Sports Psychology, Anatomy, Biomechanics and Biochemistry (Kinesiology). Since then, he has worked in a public gym, professional youth tennis academy, rugby team, and MG Fit in Fitness Training; providing 1 to 1 Personal Training sessions and Fitness Classes. Jonny is also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist, helping to remedy pain and injuries.
One of his clients, Dominik, has suffered from scoliosis since childhood, with severe back pain impacting on the way he was training as an adult. In combination with Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy, Dominik now trains pain-free and has reached his fitness goals. Jonny Lam speaks both fluent English and Cantonese.

Brought up in sports as a child, Jack excelled at football, playing at a semi-pro level.
After travelling around America he decided to turn his passion for Fitness into a career. Along with his journey, he has worked at big health clubs such as LA Fitness and most recently at Ten Health and Fitness as a studio manager.
Jack is no fan of fitness shortcuts. He thrives on using functional exercises along with bodyweight training as well as the latest cardiovascular techniques like HIIT to achieve the best results for his clients.
No matter what your fitness goal, whether that be weight loss or muscle gain, Jack will always stay focused and keep you motivated to help you see results and achieve your true potential.

When young, I was extremely conscious of my body, I couldn’t even take my shirt off in front of people, especially my parents and family. Once I became teen I went to the gym and tried to change my body. I knew that was the right way but I couldn’t do it on my own. With a help of a Personal Trainer, I managed to achieve my goal and set another one, which has become a Personal Trainer myself and help people like me, or with any other barriers to achieve their goals and feel good about themselves.
Everyone needs a little push to achieve something good or get somewhere in this life. That’s why my goal is to show the benefits that adhering to a physical activity brings to people and to help them to overcome any barriers that may come on the way.
Felipe Da Costa
Caroline is an international yoga instructor who brings her 12 years of yoga practice into her teaching as well as learnings in the university of life. She holds a foundation certificate from the British Wheel of Yoga having studied under Jane Farrimond. She completed her first 200hr teacher training course in Rishikesh, India in March 2014 at Himalayan Tapovanam. And recently returned to Rishikesh to deepen her practice with international Gurus Kamal Singh and Sunil Sharma at Tattvaa Yogashala receiving her 500hr Advanced Teacher certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa.
Apart from teaching in London, she has taught in Singapore and also spent 7 months on the island of Siagao in the Philippines teaching an array of international students from across the globe.
Classes are focused on correct alignment and empowerment to encourage good postural habits. Every class is different and challenging on the body as well as the mind.
I offer classes that are highly inspired by the teachings of BKS Iyengar, Bichar Publishing Trust and Womb Yoga, bringing a unique blend of structural alignment, bodily workout and spiritual grounding.
My deepest intention is for my students to experience the class in a holistic manner; to renew and relax profoundly, providing hands-on adjustments only if needed. I put my attention on correct alignment and prevention of injuries over speed and competitive achievement.
I am confident to assist and support those who are ready to further their practice or simply need more of a challenge.
I am passionate to share my anatomical, philosophical and esoteric knowledge of yoga.
I carry and offer a vision of yoga as a global space of diversity, a living and growing form, a respectful and responsible matrix in a multitude of ways of experiencing and expressing the wisdom of yoga.

Ulrika is from Sweden and she has lived in the UK since 1994. Ulrika has practised yoga for 17 years. Ulrika enjoys travelling, meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. Ulrika thinks that yoga makes her feel amazing and she wants to share it with others to make them feel amazing too.
