The Legal Obligation
Employers have an obligation under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and Approved Code of Practice (ACOP L74) to make adequate and appropriate First Aid Provision for their workforce. It is recommended that someone is able to undertake First Aid duties at all times when people are at work.
MG Training can provide First Aid at Work qualifications to suit you. They can be:
- Spread over four days or up to thirteen weeks
- Completed in your workplace or in training locations nationwide
- Conducted on days, evenings or weekends
The emphasis on all training is to have fun and learn through doing. The first aid courses are highly interactive and do not involve your typical ‘chalk and talk’ style of teaching.
