About Us
MG Training UK Ltd is a training company that specialises in Health, Safety and Fitness Courses mainly for the leisure industry.
Service and Price List
All Services are listed on the company website at www.mgtraining.org.uk . A number of courses/goods will include a price, however, some course costs will vary depending on whether the course is for a group, an individual and in different parts of the country.
Delivery Policy
If and when we provide goods, we will do so as a proxy provider and the delivery of an item will be the responsibility of the company shipping the goods.
Cancellation Policy
All customers have the right to cancel a course but due to the nature of the business, trainers would have allocated time to teach these courses and may lose out on another booking if they are already committed to a course as such the cancellation of a course is as follows:

7 Days +: 100% Refund
3-7 Days: 50% Refund
3 Days and under: No Refund
Refund Policy
If any customer is unhappy with a course or the outcome of a course then MG Training will follow the appeals procedure laid down by the awarding body for that particular course. If the appeal is upheld then a full refund will be offered.
Privacy Policy
MG Training UK Ltd do not and will not keep records of customers personal financial data.
We do keep manual records of registers for courses that people have attended and these are kept securely at the business premises.
We do not share any of our customers data with any other organization.
Customers who have been on our training courses can request the data that we have on them by contacting the Director – Mike Grice (contact details on main website)
We do not intend to collate any financial data over the internet via an online shop. The only time we will take financial details is over the phone or via email and the information is destroyed as soon as it has been used.
